Cancellation of appointments
Cancellations of appointments must be done with at least 24 hours notice, to compensate for any preparations or conflicts with other appointments. If not given 24 hours or more notice, a cancellation fee of $30 must be paid. With proper notice, we will, to the best of our availability, be flexible and accommodating to your schedule and fit in an appointment at a later date or time.
If no notice of cancellation is made and Bluehouse Tank Cleaners arrives to your business or residence with no one present to allow us to continue with the service, it will be considered a no-show and a no-show fee of $80 must be paid.
Accident responsibility
In the unfortunate event that something happens to your tank after a maintenance session - whether it be physical damage to the tank or the loss of a fish, invertebrate, coral, or any other livestock - we will take full responsibility of it within 24 hours of completion of our service. In taking full responsibility within the 24 hour window, we will refund the service charge and replace any damaged livestock or goods. This will not cover any livestock noted to be ill or at risk prior to servicing, as medication and quarantining will be advised.
